Things will be a wee bit slow here at the blog for the next week I think. My senior year at Columbus College of Art & Design begins bright and early Monday morning. Until then, I'll be getting all situated in my second city.
Meanwhile, I'll leave you with yet another sneak peak at my lit bookstore project. With an internship and a full time summer baby-sitting gig this summer, I have yet to complete this project. I'm hope hope hoping I'll have time to work on it throughout the semester... perhaps I'll get a professor who will let me make it into one of my projects for class!
This is another image from a photoshoot I did with some lovely ladies. The model in the shot is my long time friend Emily and she will be representing the novel Pride & Prejudice.

just a critique as part of the photograph itself- the white of her dress and arm is a little too blown out, so it loses detail, and i find it a little distracting too.
Thanks for the critique. It was actually the look I was going for, (blown out white whites), but I'll take it into account for sure. I was thinking about making her glow a little bit, but I haven't messed with that yet. I'll tweak it next time I work on it.
what am amazing photo!!! xox
Thank you! That's such a wonderful compliment coming from you... it absolutely made my day! There's about 15 more from this series that I'm getting ready to post. I started my senior year Monday though, and they sure are keeping me busy.
